At Boxfit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hand wraps, gloves, or apparel are neatly folded and include all original inserts.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
