Glove size depends on your body weight and the type of training. Generally, 10-12oz gloves are for bag work, while 14-16oz gloves are recommended for sparring to ensure maximum protection.
What is your return policy on fitness equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, hand wraps and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
How long does shipping take within the United Kingdom?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer an express 24-hour delivery option for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.
